powerscale.Ntpserver

Explore with Pulumi AI

This resource is used to manage the NTP Server entity of PowerScale Array. We can Create, Update and Delete the NTP Server using this resource. We can also import an existing NTP Server from PowerScale array.

Example Usage

import * as pulumi from "@pulumi/pulumi";
import * as powerscale from "@pulumi/powerscale";

// PowerScale NTP Server allows you to synchronize the system time
const ntpServerTest = new powerscale.Ntpserver("ntpServerTest", {key: "ntp_server_key_example"});
Copy
import pulumi
import pulumi_powerscale as powerscale

# PowerScale NTP Server allows you to synchronize the system time
ntp_server_test = powerscale.Ntpserver("ntpServerTest", key="ntp_server_key_example")
Copy
package main

import (
	"github.com/pulumi/pulumi-terraform-provider/sdks/go/powerscale/powerscale"
	"github.com/pulumi/pulumi/sdk/v3/go/pulumi"
)

func main() {
	pulumi.Run(func(ctx *pulumi.Context) error {
		// PowerScale NTP Server allows you to synchronize the system time
		_, err := powerscale.NewNtpserver(ctx, "ntpServerTest", &powerscale.NtpserverArgs{
			Key: pulumi.String("ntp_server_key_example"),
		})
		if err != nil {
			return err
		}
		return nil
	})
}
Copy

Create Ntpserver Resource

Resources are created with functions called constructors. To learn more about declaring and configuring resources, see Resources.

Constructor syntax

new Ntpserver(name: string, args?: NtpserverArgs, opts?: CustomResourceOptions);
@overload
def Ntpserver(resource_name: str,
              args: Optional[NtpserverArgs] = None,
              opts: Optional[ResourceOptions] = None)

Ntpserver Resource Properties

To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.

Inputs

In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.

The Ntpserver resource accepts the following input properties:

Key string
Key value from key_file that maps to this server.
Name string
NTP server name.
Key string
Key value from key_file that maps to this server.
Name string
NTP server name.
key String
Key value from key_file that maps to this server.
name String

name string
NTP server name.
key str
Key value from key_file that maps to this server.
name str
NTP server name.
key String
Key value from key_file that maps to this server.
name String
NTP server name.

Outputs

All input properties are implicitly available as output properties. Additionally, the Ntpserver resource produces the following output properties:

Id string
The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
Id string
The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
id String
The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
id string
The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.
id str
The provider-assigned unique ID for this managed resource.

The command is

$ pulumi import powerscale:index/ntpserver:Ntpserver ntp_server_test <name>
Copy

Example:

$ pulumi import powerscale:index/ntpserver:Ntpserver ntp_server_test ntp_server_id
Copy

after running this command, populate the name field and other required parameters in the config file to start managing this resource.

Note: running “terraform show” after importing shows the current config/state of the resource. You can copy/paste that config to make it easier to manage the resource.
