Configure VLAN assignment priority.

This resource is a sub resource for variable vlan of resource fortimanager.ObjectSwitchcontrollerManagedswitch. Conflict and overwrite may occur if use both of them.

Create ObjectSwitchcontrollerManagedswitchVlan Resource
